HSCP Evoguard Hygienic Centrifugal Pump

In order to comply with the latest EHEDG guidelines, all components in contact with the product are also made of solid material in the HSCP type.

By combining the well-known H1CP pump with a suction rotor, it was pos­sible to develop a powerful self-priming pump that also reflects Evogu­ard’s high quality standards.

Thus, not only a large suction head is achieved, but, more importantly, also a remarkable suction performance in terms of speed of venting the pipe systems.

This makes the new HSCP the most powerful pump on the market.

• Elastomer seals in accordance with FDA and EG 1935/2004
• Material 1.4404/AISI 316L
• Mechanical seal in accordance with EHEDG single or rinsed
• Motor IE3 (optional IE5), version B35 according to IEC standards
• Pump installation on the motor base
• Pipe connection DN65 (DIN 11851, DIN 32676 etc.)
• Housing connection via clamp and clamping ring

The HSCP is designed for the high demands of sensitive products in brewing, dairy or soft drink production.
