HMCP Evoguard Hygienic Centrifugal Pump
With the HMCP, the Evoguard pump range now includes an efficient multi-stage pump. In its design, we remain true to our philosophy of manufacturing all components that come in contact with the product from solid material using turning and milling methods (no cast or sheet metal parts). This allows us to achieve a very good surface quality in our standard product, meaning the pump can also always be used in sensitive areas with strict hygiene requirements, for example in breweries, dairies, for soft drinks, etc.
Using the latest CFD calculations, a hydraulic design was developed which makes it possible to achieve high efficiency together with a pump delivery that is gentle on the product. The latest recommendations from the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) for the reduction of dead space, enclosed spaces and fast cleaning were also implemented.
