H1CP Evoguard Hygienic Centrifugal Pump

With the H1CP hygienic centrifugal pump, Evoguard has launched an efficient, easy-to-clean and easy-to-maintain centrifugal pump

Components of solid material, mechanical seal developed for hygienic applications, elasto­mer seals in the product flow and a maintenance-friendly design speak for themselves.

With currently 12 sizes as well as motors suitable for FI operation as standard, attention can be paid to product protection and energy-efficient operation when designing and selecting the pump.

• Product-contact components made of solid material
• Elastomer seals in accordance with FDA and EG 1935/2004
• Material 1.4404/AISI 316L
• Mechanical seal in accordance with EHEDG single-acting or rinsed
• Motor IE3 (optional IE5), version B35 according to IEC standards
• Pump installation on the motor base
• Pipe connection DN25 to DN125 (DIN 11851, DIN 32676 etc.)

The H1CP is designed for the high demands of sensitive products in brewing, dairy or soft drink production.
