Remanufacturing Program

 

As well as general overhauls/repairs, Fluid Pumps offers a remanufacturing service for Waukesha U1 and U2 pumps, guaranteeing the pump is back to factory clearances. Our remanufacturing programme offers four sizes of Rotors, compared to the OEM only offering two.

The remanufacturing process includes shafts (not offered by the OEM), bearings, seals, gears, new Alloy 88 rotors, and a one-year factory warranty.

Remanufacturing a used positive displacement pump is a significant cost-saving alternative to purchasing a new pump.

The remanufacturing program can even restore your Wright (Viking) TRA10 and TRA20 style pumps to their original performance and efficiency.
